Salary: £50,000 per annum pro rata (4 days per week), dependent on experience.

Contract: Two Year Fixed Term Contract (with potential to extend depending on funding)

Hours: Part time, 4 days (32 hours) per week - inclusive of paid lunch breaks.

About the role: Stanley Arts is looking for a visionary, collaborative and community-rooted leader to guide the programme from its early development phase through to established delivery. You will build deep relationships, actively listen, co‑design a shared cultural vision with the people of Croydon, and turn that vision into a programme of high-quality, inclusive cultural activity across the borough.
