Salary: £35,000 - £44,000 a year

Location: Croydon, South London and surrounding areas

Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week

Working Pattern: Approximately 3 days of hands-on outdoor delivery and 2 days of management, assessments and service development

Driving Licence: Essential

About the Role: This is a hands-on management position, suited to someone who enjoys working directly with people as much as leading a team and organising services.

They are looking for someone with proven experience of supporting children, young people or adults with disabilities, including individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge.

Previous direct experience in a care, education, alternative provision, SEND or specialist support setting is essential.

You must be confident in leading staff, managing challenging situations, making decisions independently and ensuring that the people we support receive safe, engaging and person-centred experiences.

This is not an office-based management role. You will be actively involved in delivering our outdoor programmes alongside the team.
