Local Voluntary Partnership Funding Opportunities

Offering grants of between £1,000 and £5,000 for projects that aim to target people over 55 with complex health or care needs, including those with dementia and mental health conditions.  Recurrent and one off funding available.  Higher amounts for exceptional initiatives can be discussed with the community facilitators.

All that is needed at this stage are your good ideas and some contact details.  Apply for a funding pack and as part of the pack you will find a service specification which sets out what they are looking to achieve.  Outcomes are:

  • Improve healthy life expectancy - people are living longer and healthier lives
  • Reduce inequalities of life expectancy between areas closing
  • A sustainable health and care system - affordable models of care delivering improved outcomes
