Certitude is a non-for-profit organisation who offer support services for people with learning disabilities and/or autism.
The 'Treat Me Right!' programme is funded on the belief that people with learning disabilities and/or autism can speak for themselves and so everything is co-produced and co-delivered by experts by experience. By increasing awareness and training key staff on how to better understand and communicate with autistic people or people with learning disabilities, they can reduce the existent inequality gap for accessing medical and community services. Health Education England has funded this project to train staff, carers and family members at carers centres, advice and community organisations.
The training can be flexibly tailored to your organisational needs, and they are happy to deliver it at your location.
Download the flyer here and if interested they can book in a free training session session for your staff, carers or family members of somebody who is Autistic or have learning disabilities.
