From June until October there a lot of events celebrating the Windrush Anniversary taking place in Croydon.

The Windrush Schools Competition Awards will take place in Croydon Town Hall on 13 June, there is a dinner, dance, and awards evening on 21 June at the De Vere Selsdon Estate, several exhibitions, films, and talks and on 22 June lots going on to celebrate National Windrush Day - special family day in Croydon Museum; Caribbean Cook Out and Street Party in Croydon, a Poetry Jam, and a Multi Faith Event taking place on 23 June at Croydon Minster.
