CIP (Community Impact Partnership) is a joint initiative between four leading housing associations, Clarion, L&Q, Orbit and Peabody trusts. These partners have over 200 years of collective experience supporting social change in communities.

CIP was created to offer social investment opportunities to enterprises and charities with a social mission that are operating in our communities.

Its aim is to enhance social impact and economic regeneration within communities by helping social enterprises achieve scale and gain a chance to enter a supply chain. 

Investments are available between £25,000 and £150,000, offering a blended finance of grant and loan.
