Help shape and develop an anti-racist health and care system across South West London. 

The Small Grants Programme offers funding of up to £2000 to community and voluntary organisations in South West London. 

This initiative aims to improve health and care equity by amplifying the voices of minoritised communities and those furthest from services.

Grantees will play a vital role in shaping anti-racist health and care strategies through creative consultation. Insights gathered will contribute to a final report and conference in April 2025, influencing systemic change across South West London.
