If you work with babies, children, or young people in any capacity - whether in health, education, social care, or in the community, Croydon Council's public health team needs your support to get vital insights to help shape services for them.

Please take a few minutes to complete the Health Needs Assessment (HNA) survey and also share it with your colleagues. 

The HNA aims to better understand the health and wellbeing needs of children and young people aged 0–19, and up to 25 for those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), living in or attending education in Croydon.

The survey covers:

• The most important health and wellbeing needs of the babies, children, and young people you support.
• How well current services are meeting those needs.
• How support could be improved in Croydon.
