The Croydon Adult Social Care and Health Neighbourhood Grants programme gives grants of up to £10,000 to local organisations and grassroots community groups.
This funding is to support the key priorities, which are to:
1. Support people as early as possible
2. Help people live more independently
3. Identify and reduce inequities through high-quality services
4. Improve the range and accessibility of accommodation
5. Use ideas from the community to shape our work
6. Work closely with health and community partners
