NHS South West London is asking adults who have had an ADHD assessment, or who are currently waiting for one, to share their experiences through a short survey. They want to understand people’s experiences of: 

·         seeking an ADHD assessment.  

·         waiting for assessment.

·         support after diagnosis.           

Your feedback will help inform how ADHD services are designed and delivered in the future. 

The survey takes around 10 minutes and responses are anonymous.
