  • Turn Up Tuesday: Every Tuesday from 10 am – 4 pm at SWLLC Croydon Office. A Drop-in service located at our Croydon office  on the 5th Floor, Davis House, Robert Street, CR0 1QQ.   • Temporary Accommodation Community Action Meetings: For those in temporary accommodation in Croydon, we are at the South Norwood Community Kitchen, 44b Portland Road, South Norwood, SE25 4P. On 1st Thursday of the month sharing lunch and campaign planning from 1pm.

Based at the Whitgift Centre, Croydon the Advice Team provides tailored short-term advice, signposting and guidance on Finance and Housing Support, Form filling (this service is via appointment only), Welfare Benefits Advice (Phone appointments available every Monday and Thursday 09:30 -15:30), Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) drop-in session: Every other Friday from 10:00-13:00 (No appointment required).
We are open Monday - Saturday - drop ins are welcome between 10am – 1pm. Drop-in/Referral Service Summary
Based at the Croydon Health & Wellbeing Space in central Croydon (in partnership with Croydon BME Forum) we support for people aged 18 years and over, registered with a GP in Croydon who are experiencing, or recovering from mental health problems as part of their recovery. This is a space to receive advice, guidance and signposting, alongside clinical support from our Clinical Psychology team, under one roof for any Croydon resident, or who may wish to access the services of a mental health advocate, who does not meet the criteria required to access an IMHA.

Advice:  Our Advice & Rights service is FREE and confidential one-off advice and casework on a range of areas, including local services, health, social care, housing, benefits, money and transport. Our trained advisers offer support, advice, and advocacy to Young People aged 10-25 and parents residing in Croydon.
