The Core20PLUS Connectors programme was part of the NHS goal to tackle health inequalities until March 2025. It covered the boroughs of Croydon, Sutton, Richmond, Kingston, Merton and Wandsworth. In Croydon, CVA was the leading organisation, delivering as well as holding and distributing funds to 7 partners:
Asian Resource Centre Croydon (Croydon),
BME Forum (Croydon),
Each organisation was hosting a paid Community connector, who acted as a voice to focus on barriers and enablerers to reduce health inequalities and connect people with decision makers. For more information contact sarah.burns@cvalive.org.uk
