Free Public Health Training: Supporting Teenage Parents

This half day training by Public Health Croydon aims at increasing participants’ awareness of the needs of pregnant teenagers and young parents and to understand how to engage and support them more effectively. On completion of the training participants will understand the risk factors of teenage pregnancy, recognise and explore the specific needs of teenage parents, know about the range of services available to young people locally and how to access them. professional behaviour impacts on people’s self-esteem.
