How to navigate your way to your fundraising goals: An introduction to fundraising planning.

If you find yourself feeling unsure about what fundraising activity to choose from, how much investment to make in resources, or disappointed that targets aren't being reached, then this is the perfect course for you to find all the answers.
You will be guided through all of the techniques and tools you need to be able to set realistic targets, and decide how you will reach them.
We will cover:

  • The fundraising planning cycle that shows how fundraising plans come together with input from across the organisation
  • How to set fundraising goals that are realistic and valuable for everyone
  • How to know exactly what kind of investment you need to make in fundraising and how to predict what return you will get and when you will get it
  • How to measure the real success of each type of fundraising and know you are sticking to the law

You will take away:

  • A template fundraising plan to complete
  • A list of questions to ask your internal teams
  • An explanation of the tools you will want to use to prepare your plan
  • The confidence to pull together a meaningful fundraising plan and monitor its delivery
