It is increasingly important to demonstrate success and adapt to changing circumstances. Monitoring and evaluation are powerful tools to identify and monitor the outcomes that you want to achieve.
You will learn how to define and measure outcomes and also begin to develop your own monitoring and evaluation framework, which you can start using straight away.
This half-day master class will clarify your thinking and enable you to build monitoring and evaluation systems into your plans from the outset and help you demonstrate that you are making a difference.

This course is part of ourholistic fundraising 8 part support programme covering the major stages of grant applications, which will take you through an insightful and interactive journey of the key elements that form a successful funding bid. Our training programme is series of master classes and bite size workshops including evidencing the need for your project, creating project budgets, meeting the funders and much, much more. It is an opt in or opt out programme where you can either attend all or some of the elements that you are interested in. We are extremely limited for places so secure your seat before it is too late!
