David Butler, Chair of the Education Subgroup of the Croydon Safeguarding Children’s Board and Steve Hall, Local Authority Designated Officer will give an outline to Safeguarding. All groups working with children and young people, both formal and informal, need to be aware of how to ensure that both children and adults are protected.

Free safeguarding training and support are being offered. This session will be to make you aware of why training is necessary and what support is available.

This is targeted at faith groups but all groups working with children welcome.
