In this session we will identify what support systems you can have in place to make the most of your volunteer’s time and commitment, from initial induction and training to ongoing role development.

We will look at common ‘problem situations’ and pin point possible solutions.

We will also discuss how to say thank you and reward volunteers for their contribution.

This is a great session for those new to volunteer management or who want to refresh how their organisation’s approach to volunteering.
