What can you have in place to help build a knowledgeable experienced team?

During this workshop session we will look at methods for encouraging your volunteers to commit to your project. We will also explore how role development and volunteer recruitment can be shaped to develop an experienced team.

This session will be of benefit for people who are worried about a lack of stability in their volunteering programme and are finding that volunteers come and go very quickly.
