For community leaders who have been running their group for 12+ months, this workshop will help you work out how to manage your time better, plan your year, and work out how to deal with those things on your to do list. How bookings are managed: We expect workshops to be very popular.

Up to 24 people working with Croydon people can attend for free. Up to 6 people helping people outside of Croydon (other London boroughs / national organisations / international groups) can attend for a £25 fee. Refunds are given up to 7 days before the event. Bookings will be taken and assessed as received. We run a waiting list so if the event is sold out, email grassroots@cvalive.org.uk to be added to it. One week before each workshop date, we will offer free workshop spaces to the waiting list.
