NHS Covid-19 app - how to improve your campaigning skills and have a say

The NHS Covid-19 contact tracing app appears to be central to the Government's effort of fighting coronavirus and easing the lockdown restrictions. It has been presented as a new digital tool that will, officials hope, dramatically slow the community transmission of coronavirus by tracking each and every case of it. Croydon residents have been raising their concerns around the type of information that such app will collect.

But has this been discussed at the UK Parliament and what are the campaigning tools that citizens could use to make their voice heard, whether they want to support the idea or oppose it?

Nichola Luke, Senior Education and Engagement Officer at the UK Parliament, is leading this 45 minute session on campaigning on this specific topic and what tools residents can use to make a bigger impact
