Changing the Prescription: More Inclusive Social Prescribing

The objective of this partnership event is to help us work towards a more inclusive framework for social prescribing, both for service providers and service users.

We would like to invite small frontline organisations - particularly BAME and other equality organisations that are in the social prescribing space, or would like to be.  We also welcome colleagues from across the sectors, who are working towards more inclusive social prescribing.
