This webinar is a repeat of 1st October and will be delivered by Compassion in Dying; it will focus on 'Advance Care Planning' for those you are supporting who are terminally ill and need assistance in preparation for End of life.

It will consist of two modules. The first module, in the morning, provides an overview of the benefits of Advance Care Planning, and the ways people can plan ahead for future care and treatment. The second module, in the afternoon, focuses on increasing confidence around recognizing clues, starting advance care planning conversations and providing information in a supportive and sensitive way.
