Working with death, dying and loss (One Croydon Programme)

Thursday 14 July 2022
10:30 to 12:00

Despite the fact that no one likes to think about death, the reality is that all of us have, or will have to cope with the loss of someone we love: a relative, a neighbour or a resident we cared for during our lifetime.

  • What we can do to cope with it?
  • How we can support those who are facing a serious illness?
  • How can we help someone in grief?
  • What is Palliative Care and End-of-Life Care?
  • What is a hospice?

A clinical facilitator from St. Christopher's hospice will go through these questions, trying to answer them and bring awareness and knowledge to our communities about these sensitive conversations.
