Friday 03 February 2023
10:00 to 13:00

A half day collaborative learning event that reflects on a successful multi-professional and multi-agency clinical intervention in early 2022. The focus was on keeping people out of hospital and ensuring comfort and well-being for those approaching the end of life, their families, and carers.

The courses are available for Health and Social Care and VCS staff in Croydon via St Christopher’s CARE. Attendance is free for professionals in South East London as part of the Hospice Education and Learning Partnership (HELP), however, there are limited spaces.
