Megan Devine - ‘It’s OK that you’re not OK’

In this session we focus specifically on working with those affected by bereavement (including traumatic bereavement), recognising and honouring the pain of their grief whilst seeking opportunities to create moments of light. Here we also explore cultural assumptions and how they shape individual experiences creating further disconnection at a time when connection is most needed.
