Setting Up Setting Out Workshop (CVA)

This interactive online session will cover legal structures, leadership risks, case for support, and how to develop budgets and is suitable for anyone who is setting up a community group, charity, or social enterprise based in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Croydon, or Kingston.
Attend as:
- an individual
- with your co-leaders
- as a new group
- someone who wants a refresher on charitable trends.
This course will help you to:
- Develop your project ideas into a draft case for support
- Recognise different kinds of organisational forms and legal statuses
- Identify the steps/support needed to build your idea
- Plan ahead to counteract common leadership risks.
Additional information:
Croydon/Richmond upon Thames/Kingston resident – this session costs £10 plus the Eventbrite booking fee. This is a heavily subsidised rate for people who live in any of these three boroughs who want to develop a project that will support local residents.
VCS organisations from other boroughs - this session costs £30 plus the Eventbrite booking fee.
