Youth Mental Health First Aid - *Course is FREE, however, there is a £10 Administration Fee

Learn skills to identify and understand young people's mental health and factors that affect their wellbeing

Led by Charmaine King (MHFA Instructor)

The two-day training will provide you with:

• An in-depth understanding of young people's mental health
• Practical skills to spot the triggers & signs of mental health issues
• Confidence to reassure and support a young person in distress
• Ability to support a young person with a long mental health issue or disability
• On completion, you will receive a certificate from MHFA England

Time: 9am - 5pm
Dates: Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th December 2023.
