There are lots of online forms or survey tools out there. But if you are already using Microsoft 365 for your organisational email and file storage solutions, why not try their form tools to get you started. In fact they even have some features that are only available if you upgrade other tools to paid for plans.

This is a practical hands-on course. There will be mini tasks set during the session so you gain confidence in setting up your own forms.

There will also be follow up one to one support available for those who need it.

This session will cover

• key form set up features
• creating simple forms with a range of question types
• adding branching
• sharing your forms
• accessing responses

Pre-course requirement

You will need to have access to a Microsoft 365 account so you can try setting up a form. Please come prepared and already logged in, so you can follow instructions to access the Form tools and start building your own. Please contact us if this will be an issue - we may be able to provide some 'dummy accounts' if needed.

Priority for this course will be given to Trust for London funded small charities and community organisations working in London.
