This is a one hour webinar to find out how to apply for Council Tax Discretionary Reduction.  This is a little known option where you can apply to the local Counci to have all or part of the Council Tax debt written off if there is no way that it can be afforded now or in the foreseeable future by the person who owes it.  This webinar covers the process of applying and how to appeal if the initial application is refused.
