Every 2nd Friday of the month the Dementia Café offers conversation and connection, yoga, music and dance activities, culturally tailored refreshments, and access to mental health, psychosis and wellbeing resources.
Venue: Coulsdon Methodist Church, 83 Brighton Road, Coulsdon CR5 2BE
This session will include live music with Franz Hepburn, pampering and personalised beauty treatments by John Ruskin College students, refreshments and opportunities to relax and socialise.
