Whether they’re completely new to martial arts or already interested in movement and wellbeing, all young people are welcome to attend and bring a friend, no experience needed.

Spaces are limited, so we encourage parents and carers to sign up young people as soon as possible using our Mentivity Youth Club Registration Form.
