TfL Women in Transportation and Engineering Opportunity

TfL's Women into Transportation & Engineering (WiTnE) Programme is a 4-week pre-employment programme for women aged 18+ who are eligible to work in the UK and interested in building a career in the transport and engineering sector.

Delivered by TfL in partnership with leading employers including First Rail London, GTS, Mott MacDonald and Yunex. 

The programme provides:

• • Industry training and employability support
  • Two weeks of work experience
  • CV and interview preparation
  • Access to job and apprenticeship opportunities

We’re looking for people interested in the following fields:

• • Civil Engineering
  • Customer Service
  • Business Administration
  • Project Management
  • IT
  • Quantity Surveyors 

Information Day: 5 October 2026

Programme Runs: 12th October to 13th November 2026

Please note: Candidates selected for the programme will be expected to attend all four weeks. With only a limited number of places available, we encourage registration as soon as possible.
