The Local Community Partnership in Croydon South East covers the areas of New Addington, Fieldway, Addington Village, Forestdale, Monks Hill and Selsdon.
It brings together residents, the voluntary and community sector, Croydon Council, Health, the Metropolitan Police and other professionals working in these areas to build on an even better quality of partnership for this Locality. It aims at hearing from local people and act on what they tell us; to develop a new way of commissioning that brings budgets together across health and social care and to develop leadership that fully involves the community.
By October 2024 we had held 14 ‘Local Community Partnership’ events in Croydon South East involving people and communities including; 93 Voluntary and Community Organisations and 193 Voluntary and Community Sector staff.
We have celebrated some of the phenomenal local assets in the area (the most valuable of which is the local people) and initiated a locally owned Community Plan with input from 325 individuals living and working in the locality.
The One Croydon Community Hub for this locality is at New Addington Pathfinders. Find out more by reading the Flyer Community Hub Croydon South East
