Rachael Stokes - CEO - Kingston Carers' Network 

Rachael Stokes is CEO at the Kingston Carers’ Network, an independent organisation that provides information, advice, advocacy and support to unpaid carers of all ages who are caring for someone with an illness, disability or substance misuse problem. KCN acts as the strategic lead for unpaid carers within the Royal Borough of Kingston.

It is commissioned to undertake statutory carer assessments on behalf of the local authority and co-chairs the borough’s All-Age Carers’ Partnership Board. KCN also sits on the Kingston Place Based Partnership Committee. More information: www.kingstoncarers.org.uk

Rachael has worked in VCSE sector for the past 25 years. She joined KCN in September 2024 having previously worked at The Diana Award as their Director of Programmes.
