Conflict Resolution & Personal Safety Training

Front line staff in the retail, hospitality and service industries can be faced with a wide variety of situations in day to day roles.  Dealing with members of the public can occasionally be intimidating and distressing for staff if they are not equipped with the skills to handle difficult situations confidently, assertively and more importantly safety for themselves and other customers.  This 90-minute training session for staff will provide insight into identifying, evaluating and controlling some of the situations in which staff may find themselves when dealing with the public.  Sessions are offered at 2.00pm, and 6.30pm.

This is part of the 'Protecting your Business' training offered by the Croydon Safer Neighbourhood Board, funded by the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime.  You can download a full programme from below.
