According to the Terms of Reference of the Group the election of Chair and Vice-Chair for the following year takes place at this meeting.  

Nominations for election should be prepared in accordance with para 6.12 of the Safer Neighbourhood Board’s Terms of Reference and received by the Administrator at least 7 days before the date appointed for the Annual General Meeting. 

It should be noted that if the number of candidates nominated for election and consenting to serve does not exceed the number of vacancies to be filled, such candidates shall be declared duly elected at the Annual General Meeting and no further election will take place.
