Free Information and Guidance Course

This course is made up of 5 modules that can either be taken individually or used to complete a IAG Level 2 Award that will also require work based written assignments.
Skills learned:
- More skilled and confident in IAG delivery
- Your organisation will benefit as the learner’s practice becomes more informed and confident
- Clients will receive a higher quality service.
