A free one-day workshop for the Voluntary and Community Sector working with children, young people and families on business planning and evidencing your social impact.

This event is open to all voluntary and community organsiations.

Objectives

·         To review the strengths and priorities for your service delivery in the future

·         To develop a framework around effective business planning for your organisation

·         To understand how VCS organisations can evidence social impact and how this can be used to support sustainable business planning

Please also bring a copy of your business plan and budget so we can go through it with you.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide lunch for this session, so please bring your own.

Before the session you will be sent a short self-assessment on the areas of strength and development for your organisation to make sure that this session meets the needs effectively.
