South Thames Crossroads, with funding from the Big Lottery, is running Health and Wellbeing Circle events for carers.
The first Circle event will be an evening of therapeutic drumming, with light refreshments.

Other Circle events planned for later in the year include laughter yoga, group counselling and massage; events will be held during the day and evening to ensure they are open to
as many carers as possible.
