This training is for those engaging with children, young people and families using Early Help Assessments (CAF)
What is the aim of the training?
To provide practitioners with the skills and tools to listen effectively, identify need, elicit information and offer support.
To provide practitioners with the opportunity to build up their confidence in working and engaging with parents.
To help practitioners feel more confident in challenging behaviour and talk in ways that parents are more willing to listen to.
