Feedback from a ‘Talking about adult social care’ event in 2014 indicated that some people using domiciliary care services (care received in the home) were not happy with the quality of service they received.

To gain a clearer picture of the level of satisfaction and more detail about what aspect of the service people had concerns about, CASSUP commissioned a satisfaction survey of service users.
