The Young Carers project would like the pleasure of your company at our conference:
"Working together to support the whole family" on Wednesday 14th October 2015, 09:30 - 16:00.
We are inviting professionals in both the Children and Adult sectors to collectively think about how we can work together in order to prevent or reduce the amount of excessive and harmful caring undertaken by young carers under 18 in England.
