What is the aim of the training?

• To provide practitioners with the skills and tools to listen effectively, identify need, elicit information and offer support.
• To provide practitioners with the opportunity to build up their confidence in working and engaging with parents.
• To help practitioners feel more confident in challenging behaviour and talk in ways that parents are more willing to listen to.
