Tiny Films Big Impact
Tuesday 19 April 2016
10:00 to 14:30
Capturing and sharing your powerful stories in motion has never been easier - you don't have to produce a feature-length film to demonstrate the impact your work makes. Learn how to craft tiny yet beautiful videos using free online creators and popular apps with this new course from Superhighways.
More than a third of all online activity is spent watching video, opening up a range of opportunities for not-for-profit organisations to engage with their current and potential supporters and beneficiaries.
Luckily, telling the story of your work through video has been made simpler with an ever-expanding range of free and low-cost digital tools. Just adding a great soundtrack (free of course) and captions to your ordinary photos, or capturing your story on the fly, can create a tiny video you'll want to share with the people that matter.
Is this training for me?
This course is suitable for anyone with intermediate computer and internet skills that is responsible for communicating a charitable cause's impact to funders, supporters and beneficiaries.
