This workshop is for managers in all care settings who work with people living with dementia from different cultures and backgrounds such as black, Asian and ethnic minority communities as well as lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities.

• The opportunity to consider how the workforce is supported and developed to work with a diverse range of people who have dementia
