This training is for those practitioners who work with children, young people and their families. **It should be completed after the Lead Professional and Assessment training modules**

The sessions explores Croydon’s new Early Help Assessment (CAF) Plan, Review and Closure form, particularly within the context of Croydon’s Early Help Pathways, OFSTED requirements and Working Together (2013) statutory guidance. The training focusses on the skills required to write an effective and coordinated family plan, how to conduct a review and how and when to close an Early Help Assessment (CAF).
