4:35-5:35pm – Workshops run by Rethink Mental Illness Step Up project
5:35 – 6:15pm – 6 speakers
6:15 – 6:25pm – Talking activity
6:25 – 6:55pm – 5 speakers
6:55-7pm – Close & evaluation form

This will be a great event, full of inspirational personal stories, tips and advice for wellbeing, and a great place to meet people with personal experience and a safe place to talk about mental health. 
All welcome - people of all ages, gender, from any area.

This event is to try and promote mental health and also peer support and will be an inspirational evening, full of support, food, celebrations and hope.
