Invitation to join Croydon Health for an afternoon tea and to learn how they are “Caring for Croydon Together” as part of their Annual General Meeting.

During the event, they will be reviewing their progress over the past year, discussing challenges, and looking ahead at plans for the future. You will also be able to ask questions of the senior management team.

As well as providing drinks and light refreshments, there will be a market stall event so you can learn more about the different ways they and their partners are working together to care for you in hospital, in the community and at home.
