This event is to inform organisations in the borough of in-kind and grant funding opportunities available under the Building a Stronger Britain Together (BSBT) programme.

More information is available here. This is a Home Office funded scheme which supports projects delivering any of the following outcomes:

• Fewer people holding attitudes, beliefs and feelings that oppose shared values
• Increased sense of belonging and civic participation at the local level
• More resilient communities.

The event will feature a presentation from the Home Office outlining the support available and answering any questions you might have, and a short talk from the newly appointed Community Engagement Coordinator for the borough.

The event aims to answer your questions, so the talks will be followed by an open Q&A session and a short workshop regarding extremism in the borough.
