The Right Track Project is a 6 week self management support course for young people 12-19 affected by cancer.  It will take place every Saturday: 26 May; 2 June; 9th June; 16 June; 23 June.

Offering:  goal setting, action planning, healthy lifestyles, stress management, identifying your strengths, family and friends relationships, life resilience, communication skills.
